Perdaman Urea Project — Functional Safety
Delivered Safety Instrumented System design and IEC 61511 compliance documentation for a greenfield urea production facility in the Pilbara. Scope included SIL verification, cause and effect matrix review, and functional safety management plan development.

Covalent Lithium — Commissioning Support
Provided embedded commissioning support during the start-up phase of the Mt Holland lithium hydroxide refinery. Responsibilities included pre-commissioning inspection test matrix development, system readiness reviews, and punch list management through to operational handover.

Frontier Energy — Green Hydrogen Feasibility
Engaged to support early-stage feasibility work for a green hydrogen and ammonia production facility in the South West. Scope included control systems architecture, instrumentation philosophy development, and input into the project execution strategy and bottom-up cost modelling.

Strike Energy — Gas Processing Delivery
Provided project delivery support for a domestic gas processing facility development in the Perth Basin. Responsibilities included systemisation, integrated schedule inputs, completion management system development, and operational handover strategy preparation.

Contributed to front-end engineering and design work for a carbon capture and storage project in the Gippsland Basin. Delivered instrumentation philosophy, control systems input, and risk review facilitation as part of the project feasibility phase.
